What This Looks Like

Included in Retainer:
Operations Assessment: We discuss your business goals and where operations are falling short then I meet with each of your current team members to determine what is and isn't working and what the biggest pain points are. I then do a deep dive into your current systems, analyzing the day to day processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and gaps in your current systems.
Systems Design & Build: Once the assessment phase is complete I create a prioritized action plan for the design & build phase. Regular check-ins keep us aligned while I create systems, platform setups, SOPs, workflows, and processes tailored to your business that reduce manual work.
Team Integration & Handoff or Ongoing Support: When infrastructure is solid, you decide: my team for ongoing execution, full handoff to yours, and/or me on retainer for strategic oversight.
