Guidance Session: If you schedule a strategic consulting session, we'll sit down (in person or virtually, depending on where you're located) and we focus the conversation on a specific challenge that insight and feedback would help you resolve.

Guidance Session: Ongoing access for strategic guidance such as monthly calls and a trusted thought partner when you need to talk things through.

Planning Session: Focused working session on specific challenges such as launches, team structure or service model design.

Operations Audit: A comprehensive review of your current systems, workflows, and processes. During this in-depth audit I meet with each of your team members to help identify bottlenecks, roadblocks and points of friction and provide a report of what needs fixed with suggested solutions.

Launch or Clinic Strategy: Pre-launch planning or practice growth strategy for those who want guidance without full execution support.
