I've built out and streamlined operations for multi-million dollar acupuncture and functional medicine clinics—including platform configuration, scheduling systems, client onboarding, admin handbooks, SOPs, and staff training. Highlights include taking a paper-only clinic fully digital (booking, waitlists, charting, communications, staff scheduling) and building the infrastructure behind $3.1M+ in service sales. Their team runs it now; the CEO still keeps me on for strategic support. I've also spearheaded a full company rebrand across digital and brick-and-mortar assets, launched a mobile acupuncture clinic, overseen a clinic remodel, developed and managed tenant relations, and coordinated a $240K+ wellness retreat with 240 appointments delivered in 2.5 days.
I've worn multiple hats across boutique fitness studios—franchisee, lead teacher, and virtual operations partner. As a franchise owner, I ran the full business: P&L, financial management, hiring and training staff, leading sales and marketing, and building a local community from the ground up. On the studio floor, I managed teacher schedules, choreography releases, performance audits, and team meetings—while teaching weekly classes and driving engagement through newsletters, partnerships, and branded retreats.

For other studios, I've stepped in virtually to build booking systems, develop teacher training programs, manage retail vendors and inventory, and handle the full member experience—communications, onboarding, renewals, and upsells.
I've managed 25+ course launches totaling over $3.2 million in sales—handling everything from production creation and content development, email automations and slide decks to customer support and live event coordination. Built entire program sites in 72 hours when deadlines demanded it and executed complex filming events with 17 speakers on less than a week's notice. Contributed to the creation of 300+ branded assets, built a FAQ library with over 2,000 videos, resolved 20,000+ customer inquiries, and maintained a thriving membership community of 500+ members.
I've managed merchandise and sales for a multi-million dollar international production company—creating an inventory system for 2 warehouses and 30,000+ wardrobe items with tracking for multiple simultaneous tours. Sold over $100,000 in merchandise across 5 countries while handling inventory, distribution, ordering, and daily sales reporting. Also operated as CFO for the company's summer camps—managing all accounting functions, cash flow, payroll, and bank accounts, preparing financial reports for the CEO and Board, leading annual budgeting, and overseeing camper registration, invoicing, collections, and revenue streams.
I've held multiple leadership roles—Regional Director, Division Recruiting Manager, District Sales Manager—mentoring and developing managers and regional sales teams while setting annual business plans, budgets, and sales projections. Devised recruiting and training strategies for large sales forces, conducted large-scale meetings on sales techniques, time management, and motivation, and oversaw day-to-day operations from sales initiatives to performance management.
